From my perspective, it seems the roads are just as dangerous as ever around here. I saw this article in the BKK Post which is being used to (hopefully) prevent traffic accisents. I think it will have little affect. What would affect some change, I think, would be the enforcement of traffic laws and increasing fines! Hit 'em in the pocketbook.
