The other day when I mentioned that our water pressure was almost nil, I noticed a pattern going back to last year. When we have a big rain during the night, the water pressure disappears the next day! Why? I have no idea, but this happened many times where we live.

Ban hin lad water on for 3 hrs every night off during day problem is 3 hrs could be anytime. Luckly we have 3500ltrs in two tanks and 8000ltrs in the big thai clay pots rain havested but will use it for drinking if needed boiled first no problems. I just make sure all storage taps are open to refill in night when it comes on. It's going to get worse before it gets better. As for water trucks I think not our local truck picks up poo mon/tues/we'd and the rest of week delivers water!!!!!! Same truck he says he cleans it out on Wednesday night. So I think I'll buy bottled before I use him for water LOL

Plan ahead glad I was steered in the right direction when building house 2 water butt's for clean water total of 4000ltrs now (replaced one 1500 tank to 2000 yesterday)
5 uggs plus the 1500 tank repacked yesterday. 4 uggs full. Should be ok. Water from mains down to a trickle here now when it comes on at night but can still fill tanks slowly. All grey water is channeled onto garden via underground tank only 1000ltr old tank with pump attached to pump it along irrigation pipe work. Close family can help them self's to water others if we have enough.

I was at Ubolrat dam yesterday and there was no sign of a shortage. Maybe a little bit lower than last time but I've certainly seen it lower before.

Good question. All I know is that the water level for the Chee River hasn't dropped in 2016. I've no idea if the water from the river supplies anyone in KK city, but it sure has been used for farmers and fisherman in KK province.
